Hotel Claris is accessible for people with disabilities through ramps and elevators and has 100% accessible rooms (except for duplex rooms). Please do not hesitate to contact our Guest Service team for any specific needs.

Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.

The nearest airport is Josep Tarradellas Barcelona – El Prat (BCN). You can get there by taxi (30 minutes, approximately €40), Aerobús (40 minutes to Plaça Catalunya, ticket €7.90), RENFE train (Airport Terminal 2 Station to Passeig de Gràcia, ticket €4.60), or private transfer (contact the hotel to book). The nearest metro stop is Passeig de Gràcia (L2, L3, and L4).

We have our own parking, no prior reservation required, at a cost of €35.20 per car per day (VAT included). We recommend checking availability in advance for larger vehicles. The parking has charging points for electric vehicles.

We are right in the city center, just a few meters from Passeig de Gràcia.

Yes, we welcome small dogs up to 15kg. We recommend booking the STAY & DOG - Traveling with My Pet experience online to fully enjoy your pet's stay at the hotel. If you do not book this experience, a supplement of €36.30 per day (VAT included) will be charged. Only one dog per room is allowed.

The Hotel Claris has two restaurants open to its guests and the local public: La Terraza del Claris, on the rooftop, serving high-quality Catalan Mediterranean cuisine, and Os-kuro Sushi-Bar & Robata, on the ground floor, offering Japanese cuisine.

The Hotel Claris has a rooftop pool, exclusively for hotel guests, open from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. The pool is not heated.

Yes, you can access the terrace, but the pool is for the exclusive use of hotel guests. The La Terraza del Claris bar-restaurant is open to everyone. The bar-restaurant is open from 11:30 AM to 01:00 AM, every day of the year. The pool area is exclusively for hotel guests.

Yes, the Mayan Secret Spa is open daily from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM. It's a space dedicated to the balance and harmony between body and mind, and has received awards from the World Luxury Spa Awards.

Yes, we have a small fitness room with exercise equipment and a sauna.

We offer a buffet breakfast with hot à la carte dishes in the breakfast room for €36.30 per person (VAT included). No reservation is required, and breakfast is served daily from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Room service is also available.

You can also enjoy a VIP Breakfast / Private Brunch on the Terrace. Reservations are required 24 hours in advance, and the price is €59.40 per person (VAT included).

No, all rooms and indoor spaces at Hotel Claris are non-smoking. In accordance with current legislation, smoking is prohibited in all areas of the hotel.

Our rooms do not have a jacuzzi, but the Junior Suites and Grand Suites have a whirlpool tub.

Our online booking system clearly and thoroughly details all applicable taxes and fees. Currently, stays in 5-star Grand Luxury hotels in Barcelona include a Tourist Tax of €12.00 per adult per night, and the applicable VAT is 10%.
